Fabulous Food
On a beautiful Saturday in October, Integrity team members and their families gathered at a local park for our first annual Family Fun Day. Associates from departments all over the company attended, including sales, warehouse, installation, operations, and more. Tables were soon covered in a wide variety of favorite potluck dishes such as barbecue, mac n’ cheese, homemade salsa, and award-winning blueberry pies. Over sixty people sat down to enjoy lively conversation and heaping plates of delicious food.
Time for Fellowship
Since many team members work remotely or travel to appointments throughout the week, it’s not often that the entire company can gather together in-person. This event provided a wonderful opportunity for team members to socialize with one another face-to-face and get to know each other’s families in a fun, relaxed setting.
Friendly Competition
There was never a dull moment that afternoon! A walk through the park revealed Commercial and Residential installers diving after volleyballs in a spirited match. Meanwhile, down the hill a kickball game featured players such as Integrity’s owners, Jeff and Ann Brannon, and their grandkids. By the end of the day, nearly the entire party had moved to the park’s field for a boisterous football game featuring Integrity’s Commercial and Residential leaders along with their wives and children. Needless to say, sore muscles were a popular topic of conversation the following Monday!
Integrity Cares
The Family Fun Day was a wonderful time to step back from our work and appreciate all the people who diligently pour into the company throughout the week. It reinforced one of Integrity’s most important core values – to care. Integrity’s owners and leaders recognize that by strengthening our internal comradery, we are better equipped to support and care for our customers. We look forward to another autumn afternoon together next year!
