Why should I buy from Integrity?
Integrity Blinds & Shutters Inc. was established in 1987. We have extensive knowledge that can only come from our many years of experience. We are locally owned and operated, so we understand local preferences and design styles. We will be here for your service after the sale!
Our staff is highly trained and experienced so we know the ins and outs of window fashion design, measuring and installation—even for challenging specialty windows, such as arches and angle tops. We can also help you with motorized blinds and shades and sync it with the latest technology such as Alexa and Google Home.
Do I need to come to the showroom?
Typically, the best way for us to assess your situation is to meet in your home. During your free consultation, we will measure and show you samples from our wide selection of products. We will usually provide a quote to you within two business days. If you would like to come to our showroom, it is open Fridays 10-4 or by appointment (M-Th).
What products do you offer?
We offer blinds, shades and shutters for both interior and exterior applications, along with drapery, drapery hardware and accessories.
How long does the process take?
The products we provide for you are custom made to fit your windows; therefore, orders usually take three to four weeks from order to install. Some products may take longer, and we will provide that time estimate with your quote.
What are my payment options / When do I pay?
We accept cash, check or credit card. We require a deposit at the time of order, with the remainder due upon completion of the project.
What areas do you service?
Our main service area is the Upstate of South Carolina, but we frequently service customers throughout the Southeast.
What type of warranty do you offer?
We offer a 5-year NO-HASSLE product and service warranty in addition to each manufacturer’s product warranty. Most of our manufacturers offer limited lifetime warranties.
Our 5-year warranty covers any original defect in the product or material, including all internal mechanisms, motorization components, or brackets. We will either fix the problem on-site or send it back to the manufacture with no service costs incurred to the customer.
The 5-year warranty does not cover customer damage to any products or materials, whether that damage is accidental or from normal wear and tear of the product. The warranty will not cover discoloration, fading or warping of the product caused by long exposure to direct sunlight or excessive humidity.
