The Integrity Blinds & Shutters 5-Year No-Hassel Warranty is an expression of our desire to provide a thoroughly satisfying experience when selecting, purchasing, and living with your window fashion products.

*Most of our manufactures offer limited lifetime warranties.

Our 5-year warranty covers any original defect in the product or material, including all internal mechanisms, motorization components, or brackets. We will either fix the problem on-site or send it back to the manufacture with no service costs incurred to the customer.

This warranty does not cover any conditions caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, fading, failure to follow instructions for measurement, self-installation, cleaning or maintenance.
