Current Positions

Residential Installation Technician (RIT)

Role Description 

The RIT is responsible for installing residential products efficiently and professionally. This individual collaborates with the installation team to provide an excellent customer service experience and represent Integrity well while onsite. Under the leadership of the Residential Installation Manager, the RIT meets all standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing residential products (e.g., manual shades, horizontal blinds, motorized products, etc.)
  • Collaborating with other members of the Residential installation team 
  • Problem solving issues while installing
  • Ensuring quality of each product installation
  • Taking final payment after an installation’s completion
  • Logging installation details into company database
  • Incorporating performance feedback from Integrity management
  • Communicating and building rapport with customers while onsite
  • Exemplifying Integrity’s core values (e.g., prompt attendance and communication, excellent time management, taking initiative, professionalism in speech, conduct, and dress, etc.

Key Requirements

  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Highly skilled in using power tools
  • Able to consistently lift and move at least 75 pounds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills
  • An eye for detail and organization
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Dependability and self-motivation

Measurements of Success

The success of the RIT will be indicated by factors such as the following: 

  • Quality standards are regularly met and exceeded.
  • All safety guidelines are consistently met.
  • Tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • All unresolved installation delays or issues are promptly communicated to management.
  • Performance feedback from management is readily incorporated.
  • There is a positive working relationship between the RIT and customers.
  • Management has confidence in sending the RIT independently on an installation.

Commercial Installation Technician (CIT)

Role Description 

The Commercial Installation Technician is responsible for the efficient and professional installation of window treatment products. The CIT represents the Integrity Team by providing excellent customer service and attention to detail while onsite. Under the leadership of the Commercial Installation Foreman, the CIT meets all standards for quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installing commercial products (e.g., manual shades, horizontal blinds, motorized products, etc.)
  • Collaborating with other members of the Commercial installation team
  • Problem solving issues while onsite
  • Ensuring the quality of each product installation
  • Incorporating performance feedback from Integrity management
  • Building rapport with customers and general contractors while onsite
  • Exemplifying Integrity’s core values (e.g., prompt attendance and communication, excellent time management, taking initiative, professionalism in speech, conduct, and dress, etc.)

Key Requirements

  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Comfortable with heights
  • Highly skilled in using power tools
  • Able to consistently lift and move at least 75 pounds

  • OSHA 10, 30, or Competent Person training preferred but not required beforehand

  • $18.00 – $22.00 an hour

THIS POSITION REQUIRES A HIGH LEVEL SKILL SET FOR ORGANIZING. IF YOU DO NOT POSSESS THE TRAITS OF A HIGHLY ORGANIZED PERSON, THIS WILL NOT BE A GOOD FIT.

Role Description

The Warehouse Manager (WM) oversees the daily operation and orderliness of Integrity’s warehouse. This position is vital to the success of the entire team, ensuring that incoming products are well-organized and handled responsibly. The WM communicates with both the commercial and residential teams, verifying that all shipments are complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving shipments, assisting delivery personnel with unloading products as needed
  • Logging products into the company database
  • Sorting and organizing incoming products
  • Monitoring deliveries to ensure accurate and complete shipments
  • Tracking product ETAs and communicating with the scheduler
  • Monitoring and ordering warehouse inventory as needed
  • Maintaining an organized workspace
  • Transporting materials to job sites as needed
  • Maintaining the appearance and operation of the building as needed
  • Exemplifying Integrity’s core values (eg., prompt arrivals and communication, excellent time management, taking initiative, professionalism in speech, conduct, and dress, etc.)
  • Committing to ongoing professional development and education in product knowledge

Key Requirements

  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Confident with computers and receptive to learning new software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to lift and move at least 75 pounds
  • An eye for detail and organization
  • Problem solving skills
  • Self-motivation and dependability
  • A passion for learning new skills and striving for excellence
  • Random drug test are performed periodically

Measurements of Success

  • The success of the WM will be indicated by factors such as the following:
  • Clear and prompt communication with the Integrity team members
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve efficiency in the role
  • Consistently demonstrating independent problem solving
  • Maintains a strong working relationship with team members and management
  • Demonstrates initiative in seeking additional projects and tasks during periods of
    downtime
  • Products are well-organized and easily accessible

  • Hours: 8-5
  • Pay: Annual Salary $41,600 – $45,760 (based on experience)
