Current Positions

Account Manager (AM)

Role Description 

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers after a quote is accepted. The AM offers customer support through the entire job process by communicating updates, answering questions, and handling issues. Within the Residential Team, this individual ensures a customer’s records are accurate and manages the overall workflow. The Account Manager develops an understanding of products and procedures in order to provide accurate and efficient customer support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building rapport with customers
  • Ensuring that job statuses are accurate in the company software 
  • Returning customer calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Responding to customer questions and problem-solving issues
  • Communicating with customers about delays and changes
  • Managing the remake and repair process
  • Following up with customers after a job’s completion
  • Taking deposits and final payments as needed
  • Exemplifying Integrity’s core values (e.g., prompt arrivals and communication, excellent time management, taking initiative, professionalism in speech, conduct, etc.)
  • Committing to ongoing professional development and industry education

Key Requirements

  • Proficiency with computers and mobile phones
  • A focused working environment free from excess noise
  • Receptive to learning new software programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time well

Measurements of Success

The success of the AM will be indicated by factors such as the following: 

  • Clear and prompt communication with customers and the Integrity team
  • Customers provide positive feedback
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve efficiency in the role
  • Consistently demonstrating independent problem solving
  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with team members and management

Position Details

  • Full-time or Part-time available
  • Working Hours: 9-5
  • Starting Pay: $17.00 an hour
  • Work location:  
    • Remote 
    • In-person training required (exceptions will be considered)
    • If employee is local, Friday morning meeting attendance preferred

Call Center Representative (CCR)

Role Description 

The Call Center Representative serves as liaison between customers and the Integrity Team. This position manages both the main company line and email, responding to customer inquiries and addressing issues. The CCR develops an understanding of products and procedures in order to provide accurate and efficient customer support. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls, redirecting to specific departments as needed
  • Returning customer calls in a timely manner
  • Responding to customer questions and problem-solving issues
  • Managing the company email account
  • Scheduling sales appointments and communicating details to the customer (i.e., sending appointment confirmations and reminders)
  • Following up with customers and sending final documentation after a job’s completion 
  • Taking deposits and final payments as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records in the company software
  • Exemplifying Integrity’s core values (e.g., prompt arrivals and communication, excellent time management, taking initiative, professionalism in speech, conduct, etc.)
  • Committing to ongoing professional development and industry education
