As our nation navigates through the crisis before for us, the health and safety of our clients and staff remain our top priority. Our goal is to take any precaution we can during this difficult time. 

 
We are following the guidelines recommended by the CDC and our state health department including:

• Monitoring the health of our employees and encouraging them to stay home if they have any symptoms of illness
• Cleaning all frequently used surfaces and wearing gloves during installation; masks are also worn upon request
• Practicing social distancing during all consultations or installations 
• Engaging in proper hygiene by washing hands thoroughly or keeping hand sanitizer accessible

We are still open for business! Although the showroom is currently closed, we are here to help you and ready to connect in any way we can. 

 
For customers with pending projects, our team is available to bring your project to completion. Even with the new stay-at-home order in effect, our business is considered an essential service, and therefore we are able to continue assisting you.

 
For customers interested in future projects, we remain open and continue to offer in-home consultations. We are also adding the option of a virtual consultation with one of our designers that can be done on a computer, tablet, or phone. We will guide you through the same process we use in homes to help you select the product that best meets your needs.

 
Regarding scheduled consultations or installations: In order to protect all our clients and employees, we request that if you or anyone in your home is experiencing symptoms of illness to please reschedule their consultation or installation by calling (864) 810-4441.
